Third-party components keep their own licences, listed with their full texts
in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt. Among them:
  - physics models adapted from OpenMC (MIT): the notice in
    docs/OPENMC_LICENSE.txt is kept as that licence requires;
  - occt-import-js (LGPL-2.1), optional and loaded at run time from its own
    package: it may be replaced by a modified version of it, and its source
    is available from its authors, as the LGPL requires;
  - nuclear data from ENDF/B and other evaluations: data/photon/LICENSE-ENDF.txt.
